Let’s talk about HGTV’s power couple, Dave and Jenny Marrs. If you’ve been glued to their hit show Fixer to Fabulous, you know they’ve got design chops that can turn any house into a dream home. But did you know they moved to Bentonville, Arkansas, long before they hit the big screen? Many fans have wondered: Do they still call this charming city home after achieving nationwide fame?
Are Dave and Jenny Marrs Still Rooted in Bentonville?
Back in 2005, Dave and Jenny tied the knot after meeting at Newell Rubbermaid. It wasn’t long before they discovered their shared passion for home renovation. So, they made the bold decision to leave their corporate jobs behind and head to Arkansas, where they could chase their dream of transforming homes into stunning spaces. At first, it was supposed to be just a temporary move.
But as Jenny revealed in an October 2018 interview, their initial plan to stay for only a couple of years in Bentonville quickly changed. "We were just going to be here for a short while and then head back to Florida," she admitted. "But like so many others who come to this area, we realized how amazing it truly is. This place grew on us, and before we knew it, Bentonville became our home."

Fast forward to today, and Bentonville isn’t just where they live—it’s where they’ve built a life together. The couple now has five beautiful children—Nathan, Ben, Sylvie, Charlotte, and Luke—all raised on their picturesque farmhouse property. The Marrs family has deep roots in this vibrant, growing city.

Their stunning estate dates back to the early 1900s and is filled with countless cherished memories for the family of seven. Despite their growing fame, Dave, Jenny, and their kids continue to reside in Bentonville. They’ve made it clear that their hearts belong to this community.
In June 2023, though, the family did take a little break from their Arkansas roots to explore a new project. They traveled to Italy to film Fixer to Fabulous: Italiano. During a February 2023 interview with Closer, Jenny hinted that working on this international project was both exciting and creatively challenging. "It was such a blast," she said. "Getting to work in a completely different environment pushed us to grow as designers—and as a family."
Did Dave and Jenny Give Their Farmhouse a Makeover?
Their farmhouse, which has become a symbol of their family life, hasn’t always looked the way it does today. Over the years, the Marrs have invested time and effort into renovating the space to better suit their needs as a growing family. In August 2019, Jenny gave fans a peek into one of their most significant updates.
On Instagram, Jenny shared details about remodeling their kitchen. She explained how relocating the sink to a new wall completely transformed the space. "I can’t even begin to express how much joy it brings me to look out at our animals in the pasture or watch the sun set while doing dishes," she wrote. "Even though washing dishes is a never-ending task—especially with seven of us under one roof—this view makes it so much more enjoyable."
She continued, "Much like my newly designed laundry room, this area is a necessary and functional part of our home that now brings me immense happiness. I’m incredibly grateful for all the dishes and laundry because they remind me of the life we’ve built here and the people who mean the most to me."
