The decision comes amid challenges faced by Dylan’s mother, Erin Hamilton, who is reportedly dealing with substance abuse issues.
“Dylan now lives with them,” the insider reveals. “They adore each other. They’re kindred souls. He has Carol’s sense of humor and charm. He’s a truly wonderful young man.” This bond between grandmother and grandson is a testament to the strength of their connection, even in the face of challenges.
