Model Sailor Brinkley Cook is all smiles about being part of the next generation of talented kids making waves in the world, exclusively sharing her thoughts with Closer. She says it feels "really exciting" to stand alongside other celebrity kids who are breaking boundaries and redefining norms. "I think that’s really cool," she adds, with a gleam in her eye.
Young Talent and Fresh Perspectives
Sailor, now 24, is surrounded by young people who are doing extraordinary things, challenging traditions, and bringing fresh perspectives to the table. "I’m surrounded by these young people that are doing such exciting, new things and viewing things in such a different way and challenging the norms," she gushes. It's clear that she's inspired by the energy and creativity around her, and she's soaking it all in.

A Plant-Based Twist on a Classic Campaign
Sailor is teaming up with Silk Nextmilk to inspire the next generation with a new plant-based milk beverage made with 75% less sugar. Joining her are Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, Ella Bleu Travolta, Myles O’Neal, and his siblings Shareef, Me’Arah, Shaqir, and Amirah, who all proudly rock their milk mustaches for the campaign. "I’m really inspired by all of the people that are a part of this next generation campaign," Sailor says, especially singling out Brooklyn Beckham. "I think Brooklyn is so cool and I love how he has done so many different things with his career and has so much fun with it. I love that he is now doing the chef thing. It’s so fun," she adds.

Following in Her Mother’s Footsteps
Sailor’s mother, Christie Brinkley, famously posed for the iconic Got Milk? campaign nearly three decades ago. Christie was "excited" to see her daughter take part in this new era with other children of celebrities. Sailor also shares her admiration for Ella Bleu Travolta, saying, "I just followed Ella on Instagram and was looking at her music and stuff and it’s really beautiful." Sailor believes that young people going after what they want is truly exciting, whether they're the children of celebrities or not. "It’s really cool seeing people do what they want to do so it’s been really awesome to get a little connection to these amazing kids," she adds.
As for embracing the classic milk mustache, Sailor was thrilled to see the campaign reimagined with a plant-based twist. Growing up in a plant-based household, Sailor still follows a plant-based diet today, alongside her mom. "I love that being plant-based is becoming cool," she explains. "You see vegan options everywhere and it’s so amazing because when I was vegan 10 years ago, it wasn’t like that. It was hard for me to find products that I loved and that tasted like the things that I missed. So, it’s really cool to see all of these young people getting really excited about being plant-based," she concludes.
