Back in March 2023, Ben underwent shoulder surgery to repair his rotator cuff, shave down a bone spur, and trim his cartilage. While recovering, he kept his focus on another important journey—his weight loss transformation. This journey began back in January 2018, right after the birth of their daughter Helen. Fast forward to today, and Ben has successfully shed over 95 pounds. He’s feeling healthier and more energized than ever before.
Ben opened up about his motivation during an interview with Entertainment Tonight in November 2023. “We’re all trying to be healthier, live better, and live longer,” he explained. “I knew I needed to take some weight off. There was this moment during an interview where my shirt wouldn’t stay buttoned, and I thought, ‘That’s not a good look.’ It was a wake-up call. I was already working on it, but that really pushed me to keep going.”

Ben’s health transformation has been met with an overwhelming amount of support from both his family and fans.
