Elvis' Reaction to His Big Screen Debut
When Amanda showed Elvis the trailer for the movie, she couldn’t help but laugh at his adorable reaction. “He watched the whole thing and then said, ‘Elvis isn’t in it!’” Amanda recalls with a chuckle. “Even at three years old, he’s already analyzing the cuts. It’s pretty hilarious!”
Amanda sees plenty of potential in her young son, who she shares with her late husband, Nick Cordero. “I’ve noticed so many qualities in Elvis that remind me of a performer," she says. "Being in the entertainment world has brought me so much joy, despite the challenges. If this is something he wants to pursue, I’ll fully support him, no matter what.”
Stepping into the Spotlight: Amanda's Role in the Film
In the movie, Amanda plays Audrey, a fitness instructor, alongside Hallmark favorite Paul Greene. “This is my first time acting in this genre, but it feels so natural," she explains. Creating New Traditions This Holiday Season
Amanda is thrilled to spend the holidays with her family, including her son Elvis, who is just starting to grasp the magic of Christmas. “He’s beginning to understand Santa Claus and the spirit of the season," she says. "I’m excited to create new traditions with him because my own childhood memories of Christmas are filled with joy, thanks to my parents.”
This year, Amanda plans to celebrate in style. “We’ll all be together at a beautiful resort in South Carolina,” she shares. “I’ll be teaching fitness classes every day, and yes, I’ve already gotten matching Christmas pajamas for everyone!”
