Fans Are Buzzing About Bobby's Mysterious Absence on 'Tracker'
There’s been a noticeable stir among the 'Tracker' fanbase ever since Bobby vanished from the show. Fans, clearly missing his quirky charm, have taken to the comment sections of the official Instagram page to voice their concerns and curiosity about the character's whereabouts. The absence of Bobby, starting from episode 10 of season 2, has left viewers scratching their heads, especially after his noticeable absence in episode 12, aired on Sunday, March 9.
In a recent Instagram post featuring screenshots from the episode, fans couldn’t help but express their confusion. “Where did Bobby go?” one fan questioned, while another chimed in with, “Where on earth is Bobby?” It’s clear that the absence of this beloved character has left a noticeable void in the storyline.
A Plot Twist Fans Didn’t See Coming
One keen-eyed fan even pointed out a connection between Bobby’s departure and Teddi’s absence. “I wonder what happened with Bobby and the two women who give Colter the jobs,” they wrote, referring to Teddi’s role in the series. This observation sparked further discussion about potential plot developments, leaving fans to speculate if Bobby’s absence might be tied to a larger narrative arc.

“Did they write him off?” another fan asked, voicing the concern that many are likely pondering. Yet another commenter expressed their loyalty to the show despite the absence, saying, “I’m so glad you guys are back (minus Bobby, I miss him).” These comments reflect the genuine connection fans have formed with Bobby’s character.
Questions Linger as Fans Seek Answers
On a separate post last week, a fan asked, “Do you guys know what happened to Bobby if he is going to come back?” This question echoes the sentiments of many viewers who are eagerly awaiting an official explanation. Another fan noticed a change in the tech role, pointing out, “Love the show. I noticed a change in the computer guy. I was wondering why a change was made.” This observation highlights the noticeable impact Bobby’s absence has had on the show’s dynamics.

The chatter isn’t limited to Instagram. Over on X, fans are equally perplexed by Bobby’s absence. “Still no Bobby?” one user typed in a post. Another chimed in, saying, “I don’t know what the deal is, but Bobby is missing from Tracker. They’ve got another guy sitting in his place.”
Bobby’s Cousin Steps In
So far, actor Eric Graise, who plays the role of Bobby, has remained quiet about his character’s absence. However, the show introduced Randy, Bobby’s tech-savvy cousin, to step into the role. Played by Chris Lee, Randy explained to Colter Shaw that Bobby is dealing with a family matter off-screen.
Before the second season, Eric, 35, reflected on his time playing Bobby. “Bobby’s a witty, smart kind of guy … I identify a lot with that,” he shared in an interview with EBONY back in August 2024. “I was excited to bring a little more of myself to the role.” Eric hinted at exploring more of Bobby’s backstory, following an episode in season 1 where his friend Sun Mai went missing. This episode, titled “Chicago,” showcased Bobby stepping out of his comfort zone as he helped Colter uncover an underground fighting ring.
“I had an episode where a friend of mine got caught up in something, so I had a little taste of what it’s like to wander around the world we’ve created,” Eric revealed. “They’re gonna be continuing that backstory. I think that’s something interesting.” Fans caught a glimpse of Bobby in a clip from the midseason trailer of season 2, suggesting that his return is likely on the horizon.
