During a spirited segment on Tuesday, January 7, Hoda and Jenna made their bold prediction live on air. "Our final prediction on another couple [about to get engaged] is Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift!" they announced in unison, leaving fans buzzing with excitement.
Hoda, with her trademark confidence, declared, "It’s happening." The veteran host, who’s about to wrap up her 17-year stint on the show, believes that Travis and Taylor are the next big couple ready to tie the knot.

Why the Engagement Might Be Around the Corner
Jenna, 43, shared her insights on the couple's relationship, saying, "We saw them at the US Open, and we know their families have been together because we’ve seen it in boxes [at NFL games] and over the holidays." Hoda chimed in, emphasizing the support they show for each other's careers, despite their busy schedules.

Taylor Swift, 35, and Travis Kelce, also 35, went public with their romance in September 2023, and since then, they've been inseparable. Most recently, they were spotted enjoying a cozy date night in New York City on Saturday, December 28. The couple’s chemistry is undeniable, and their relationship seems to be thriving.
Travis recently fueled the engagement speculation by discussing weddings on his “New Heights” podcast with brother Jason Kelce. When a caller asked about potential conflicts between football season and fall weddings, Travis responded, "I actually don’t know people who’ve gotten married in the fall, because all the weddings I’ve been to and all my friends always do it in the summer."
He added, "You gotta be willing to find a weekend where the team isn’t playing anybody good maybe." Travis also suggested that if the couple has concerns, "Maybe it’s in her best interest to not have it in the fall so that she knows you’re invested in the anniversary every time it comes around." He concluded, "I think you guys should duke that out."
Despite Travis’ hesitations, Jason, who is married to Kylie Kelce, had a different take. "Brother, I’m gonna tell you right now. Do the fall and the wedding and avoid this frivolous fight that means absolutely f–king nothing," the retired NFL star advised.

There’s certain things that are more important than football, and if the wedding isn’t more important than football, we got some bigger issues here."
