While he might one day take the throne as King of England, for now, Prince George is relishing the joys of childhood. At just six years old, he's diving into royal responsibilities with a playful spirit, including a newfound passion for music. According to an insider, the little prince has started piano lessons, and he's already showing incredible talent!
“George has recently started piano lessons and is a complete natural,” a royal insider exclusively told Closer. “He’ll play for hours!” It's clear that the eldest child of Prince William and Kate Middleton has a knack for music, and his enthusiasm is infectious. Imagine a little royal sitting at the piano, his fingers dancing across the keys with such joy and ease. It's a heartwarming image that reminds us all of the importance of nurturing creativity in young minds.
Young Royals and Their Extracurricular Adventures

It's not just Prince George who's embracing new activities. His little sister, Princess Charlotte, is also stepping into the world of extracurriculars. “Charlotte will be learning tennis this summer, so she can join her brother on the court,” the insider added. The siblings' love for tennis can be traced back to their mom, the Duchess of Cambridge, who's always been a passionate tennis player herself.

“Kate’s always been a keen tennis player — she grew up playing with [sister] Pippa [Middleton] and loves going to Wimbledon, but wants to improve her game, which is why she’s taking lessons,” another source revealed in December 2019. “This year, George started having tennis lessons too, and loves the sport. He’s asked for a new tennis racket for Christmas. Charlotte will start tennis lessons next year, and has already been practicing hitting balls with Kate.”
The Importance of Sports in the Royal Family

Kate, 38, and William, 37, ensure their children balance their royal duties with a healthy, active lifestyle. “George and Charlotte take after their parents, as in they’re both passionate about sports,” a third insider shared with Closer. “Kate thinks it’s incredibly important for her kids to be active and love the outdoors, and is so happy that they’re so passionate about sports.”
As the royal siblings grow older, their lives will undoubtedly become more entwined with their royal responsibilities. However, for now, they're enjoying their days as the youngest generation of royals. “Kate and William put a lot of emphasis on doing normal things together,” a friend once told Closer. “They just want their kids to be kids.”
