“Let’s be real, we all get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, right? There’s so much coming at us all the time. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, like, ‘I’ve got so much to do and so little time,’” said Gisele, 39, during an interview on March 2. “That’s why I make it a point to wake up at 5:30 in the morning.
