“There’s something magical about people returning to the places where they grew up,” Leanne said in a January 2021 interview with HGTV. “It’s truly an honor to help them reconnect with their past and create spaces they’ll love for years to come.”

In addition to their professional achievements, Steve hit a major milestone in his personal life: becoming a father. In June 2022, he and his wife, Andrea Cargill, welcomed their son, Jack. “We decided to go big with an oversized disco ball in Jack’s ceiling,” Steve told People the day after Jack’s birth. “Disco balls have always been my thing. We’ve had them in dining rooms and living rooms, so why not bring one into the nursery? It’s all about making every space unique and fun.”
