Magazine after covering the Royal Ascot, she opened up about what such a move might entail. "If I ever decided to go to London, it wouldn't be hard for me to transition because my life revolves around my kids. Calvin has celiac disease, so managing his diet is always on my mind," she explained. "It would be exciting to experiment with living there and see if it makes things easier for us as a family."
When Dylan revealed Calvin’s celiac diagnosis in May 2023, she immediately made adjustments to his diet. Since then, she's seen significant improvements in his health. "Since we removed gluten from Calvin's diet, his hair stopped falling out, his rashes disappeared, his ear stopped hurting, he doesn't have headaches anymore, and his stomach feels better," she told People at the time. Her experience in the U.K. only reinforced how much simpler it can be to shop for celiac-friendly groceries there, especially at more affordable prices.
London vs. NYC: A Quieter Life?
One of the biggest draws of London for Dylan is its quieter atmosphere compared to the hustle and bustle of New York City. "I’m kind of an introvert, so maybe that's why I feel drawn to London," she admitted. "What I love most about visiting London is the green spaces. There's something magical about walking around, wandering aimlessly, and people-watching. It's peaceful and refreshing."
However, despite these thoughts, it seems like Dylan isn’t ready to leave her beloved New York City just yet. Back in January 2022, she gave fans a sneak peek into her sons' shared bedroom in their NYC apartment. The cozy space features bunk beds and, at the time, a crib for her youngest, Russell, who’s now two years old. In her caption, she joked, "'You have to move,' they said. 'You’ll never fit in your apartment,' they said. 'Time for a bigger place,' they said. But this is how you make it work in NYC. I think they all fit just fine—for now. #nycliving #my3sons #roommates."
