Heading Out for Bigger and Better Things
Heather, who’s 37 years old, spilled the beans in an interview with Hello! Magazine, which hit the stands on Friday, October 4. She revealed that they’re looking to relocate and buy a new house. “We’re looking to move and buy a new house,” she said. Currently, they’re chilling at their beach pad, but with limited space, they’re itching to upgrade to a place with a backyard. “We live at the beach right now, so we’re looking to move to something with a backyard because we’re kind of tight space right now … We don’t know what’s to come,” she explained.

2025: A Year Full of Excitement
Heather, known for her role on Selling Sunset, couldn't contain her excitement about the upcoming year. “2025 is going to bring a lot of new things for us, so we’re just excited to embrace it,” she shared. It's clear that this couple is ready to take on whatever comes their way.
New Adventures in Newport Beach
Tarek, who’s 43, and Heather have been residing in Newport Beach, California. But it seems like they've outgrown their cozy 3,000-square-foot home. Their family has grown since the arrival of their son, Tristan Jay El Moussa, who was born on January 31, 2023. This little bundle of joy has brought a whole new chapter to their lives.
They even went the extra mile to design an adorable nursery for Tristan. In a tour they posted on Instagram, they showed off the room with pride. Heather captioned the video saying, “Tarek and I have been dreaming about what we wanted his nursery to look like for months and I’m so lucky to have found @babyletto to help make our vision a reality.” She went on to say, “We were so specific in choosing these pieces and wanted his room to have a lot of luxe blacks, whites, and neutrals (like the rest of our house) while still feeling cozy so everything from Babyletto could not have been more perfect.”
Heather also shared with Access Hollywood that her love for elephants inspired some of the decor in Tristan's room. “I love elephants, so as soon as we found out we were having a baby I was like, ‘The room has to be elephants,’” the real estate agent excitedly shared.

Life as a Dad: Tarek Reflects
In July, Tarek took a moment to reflect on his journey as a dad to his adorable baby boy. He posted on Instagram, saying, “My little dude is almost a year and a half old. Looking back at some of the memories & truly can’t believe he’s such a big boy.” He went on to say, “He has a special soul and brings so much fun to our lives. He’s curious about everything, he has a TON of energy & he can already throw a ball with speed and accuracy. And I am just so excited to get him into sports! Dada loves you Tristan Bear!”
Of course, Tarek also shares daughter Taylor and son Brayden with his ex-wife Christina Hall, who’s 41. Christina, however, is currently dealing with some drama in her personal life with her estranged husband Josh Hall.
Exciting Projects on the Horizon
Despite the challenges, Tarek and Heather are thrilled about their upcoming projects. “You know The Flip Off, it is coming out next year, but before The Flip Off is Season 2 of our show, The Flipping El Moussas, and we are just so excited about that show,” Tarek said. He added, “And there actually are a few properties that we did in Anaheim, so you guys are gonna get to see those.”
Initially, Josh was set to appear in The Flip Off, but due to his divorce from Christina, the show decided to move forward without him, as reported by Us Weekly. Christina was seen arriving on the set of the show solo in August, just a month after filing for divorce from Josh.
