Christina Hall Makes a Bold Move: Selling Her Tennessee Retreat
Life is taking some unexpected turns for Christina Hall, the beloved star of Christina on the Coast. In the midst of her divorce from Josh Hall, Christina has made a major decision: she’s putting her stunning Tennessee home on the market. The announcement came via an Instagram Stories post on October 3, where Christina shared the news with her fans. “My Tennessee home is officially for sale,” she wrote, adding, “Excited for a new venture in business & real estate.” This move marks a fresh chapter for Christina as she focuses on her future and career.
A Closer Look at the Tennessee Dream Property
For those who haven’t seen it, Christina’s Tennessee home is nothing short of breathtaking. Located in the picturesque town of Leiper’s Fork, this sprawling estate sits on 23.82 acres of lush land. The property boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and an array of luxurious amenities, including a charming rocking chair porch, a storm shelter, and even a spacious garage. It’s the perfect blend of modern luxury and rustic charm. Fans may recall seeing this home on the show Christina in the Country. Despite her busy life in Newport Beach, California, where she resides with her three children—Taylor, Brayden, and Hudson—Christina has maintained a strong connection to this property. When she wasn’t using it as a personal retreat, she rented it out to others, making it a valuable asset.
From Purchase to Sale: The Journey of Christina’s Tennessee Home
Christina acquired this beautiful property back in February 2021 for $2.5 million. Fast forward to today, and the home is now listed at a substantial $4.5 million. According to court documents obtained by People, Christina is the sole owner of the home, which makes her decision to sell all the more significant. This sale isn’t just about moving on; it’s about closing one chapter and opening another, both personally and professionally. The decision to sell comes at a pivotal time in Christina’s life, as she navigates the complexities of her divorce and redefines her priorities.

Emotional Notes and a Message to Fans
In a candid and heartfelt Instagram Story, Christina opened up about the emotional weight of selling her Tennessee home. She wrote, “I guess ‘Leiper’s Fork’ is gonna have to come off the bio soon. Time to go back to reality soon…” The post then took a more serious tone as she addressed her ex-husband, Josh. “Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog? I guess plans changed. All about trying to take everything you can… With your mind on my money and my money on your mind… Byeeee.” These words reflect the complex emotions Christina is experiencing during this challenging period.

Divorce Drama: The Legal Battle Between Christina and Josh
In July, Josh Hall, 44, filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. In his filing, Josh requested spousal support and an equal division of community property acquired during their marriage. However, Christina pushed back in her own paperwork, asking the court to terminate Josh’s right to spousal support. The legal battle took a dramatic turn on July 26 when Christina accused Josh of transferring $35,000 in rental income from one of her properties to his personal bank account without her knowledge.
“For the month of June, Josh was able to divert over $35,000 of my separate rental income to his account,” Christina alleged in her court filing. “I am asking for Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me as those funds are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for these rental properties.”
A Temporary Agreement Amid Turmoil
According to a September legal agreement obtained by People, Josh was ordered to repay the $35,000 to Christina. Before the Tennessee home hit the market, Christina and Josh reached a temporary agreement allowing Josh to live in the house if it wasn’t rented out to tenants. As part of this settlement, Christina agreed to pay Josh $100,000 to cover his bills and attorney fees. In return, she took full possession of their Newport Beach home and their Eve luxury condominiums in Nashville, Tennessee.
A spokesperson for Josh Hall told Us Weekly on September 6, “Josh Hall has no comment about this matter. He hopes to resolve these matters in private, not through the press.”
