Legal Battles and Financial Disputes
The split between Christina and Josh Hall became official in July when Josh filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences." In the filing, he requested spousal support and an equal division of the community property acquired during their marriage. However, Christina responded by filing her own divorce paperwork, asking the court to terminate his right to spousal support. Later that month, Christina filed additional court documents accusing Josh of secretly transferring $35,000 in rental income to his personal bank account. In a legal agreement reached in September, Josh was ordered to repay the $35,000 to Christina. According to People, the couple also came to a temporary agreement allowing Josh to live in the Tennessee house as long as it wasn’t rented out to tenants. Christina agreed to pay Josh $100,000 to cover his bills and attorney fees while retaining full possession of their Newport Beach, California home and their Eve luxury condominiums in Nashville, Tennessee.
