When a devoted royal fan named Josh Macpalce shared that he celebrated the births of each of her children, Kate responded with a revealing statement.

“I don’t think William wants any more,” Kate, 38, said with a warm smile. Josh, who has autism and DiGeorge syndrome, then extended his arms and embraced the Duchess in a heartfelt hug. “Thank you for the hug,” Kate gratefully replied, clearly touched by the gesture.
