I’m guilty of, ‘Oh, I’m here, but I’m here answering emails.’ So I’ve actually taken email off my phone, so that when I’m with my son, I’m fully present with him.”

Indeed, the former America’s Got Talent judge — who welcomed her only child via surrogate in January 2016 — echoed her sentiments while chatting with People months after York's arrival. At the time, Tyra revealed how she manages to juggle her busy schedule.
“My secret to balance is focusing on one thing at a time. I used to be an incredible multitasker, handling three things simultaneously,” she explained. “But that’s changed since I became a mom. I think Mother Nature has a way of saying this life you created requires all of your attention.”
