Scout Willis Explains the Situation

In a recent episode of the "Dopey" podcast, Scout Willis gave listeners the scoop. "My stepmom was originally planning to join us up here with my little sisters," Scout revealed. The Bandits star went on to explain that everything was going smoothly until one of Bruce and Emma's daughters—either Mabel, 8, or Evelyn, 5—had a minor accident at the park. They stepped on a needle, which turned things upside down.

Scout elaborated on the incident: "My younger sister, who has yet to receive a stern lecture about not messing around with hypodermic needles, found some at the park and, believe it or not, tried to poke her shoe with one. Unfortunately, she ended up poking her foot instead." As a result, Scout's stepmom had to stay in L.A. to handle the situation, taking her daughter to the doctor and waiting for the test results.

Due to this unexpected turn of events, Scout explained, "My dad came up here early, and then travel got complicated. My stepmom stayed in L.A. with my little sisters." It all makes perfect sense now!

As Closer Weekly reported earlier, Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, who were married from 1987 to 2000 and share daughters Scout, Rumer, 31, and Tallulah, 26, announced they were quarantining together on April 7.
