When Cassidy Gifford tied the knot with her husband, Ben Wierda, she admitted that the process was far from traditional. However, the pandemic forced them to make adjustments. Cassidy’s wedding took place at her fiancé’s childhood home—a 150-acre farm in Michigan—and included just 18 guests. Cody’s wedding, held in the family’s backyard over Labor Day weekend, featured 19 attendees. Despite the small guest lists, Kathie Lee said the ceremonies were unforgettable. “They were truly extraordinary,” she remarked. “It was such a blessing because it reminded everyone what a wedding is really about. It’s not about the number of guests or the cost of the dress; it’s about love and commitment.”

The proud mom couldn’t help but gush about her children’s special days.
