“She said YES!!! Last night my son @levvbure proposed to his beautiful girlfriend @taylorrhutchison,” Candace joyfully shared on Instagram on Saturday, August 29. “We are SO excited for these two lovebirds!!!” Alongside this announcement, Candace included a series of pictures capturing the magical engagement moment in Napa. “And this mama/mama-in-love can’t wait for all the wedding planning antics!!” she added, expressing her excitement about the upcoming festivities.

Candace and her husband, Valeri Bure, celebrated the happy news by taking their son and his fiancée out for a special dinner. They were joined by their youngest child, Maksim Bure, 18, and their 22-year-old daughter, Natasha Bure, who documented the evening from start to finish. “What a beautiful surprise! @natashabure captured moments from start to finish of a very big day!” Candace said on Instagram, sharing an edited video of their wonderful dinner.
In the post, the Fuller House star mentioned that she had reunited with her family in California after working in Canada for two months. “I’m so proud of my three kids and husband,” she gushed. “My family is my everything. I am SO happy for the Hutchisons and the Bures to become one big happy family too! #proudmama Taylor, I promise to be the best mother-in-love you could hope for. I’ll only get annoying when it comes to my time with grandbabies,” she added with a playful wink.

Candace has always been vocal about her desire to become a grandma, and she's not shy about teasing her kids about it. In fact, she previously told Closer Weekly that she’s been gently nudging her daughter Natasha for grandbabies. “I’m starting to be that annoying mom that’s like, ‘Come on, you’re almost 22. I need grandchildren!’” the Full House alum joked. “I mean, I need a husband for her first, but then grandchildren!”
Although none of her children are expecting a baby just yet, Candace is thrilled with Taylor, especially because of her strong faith. Taylor’s Instagram bio reads, “Eyes fixed on Jesus!!!” and Candace has expressed her appreciation for Taylor’s commitment to her faith. “That’s all I really care about,” she said. “I’m like, ‘Does she love Jesus, and does she treat you well?’ That’s always what I want for them.” Candace has many exciting celebrations ahead, and this engagement is just the beginning.
