When it comes to love, Brooke Burke has certainly had her fair share of ups and downs. The former "Dancing with the Stars" host never thought she'd be walking down the aisle for a third time. But, as life would have it, she met someone special—Scott Rigsby—and now, everything has changed. In a candid interview with Closer Weekly, Brooke spills all about her blossoming relationship and the possibility of tying the knot again.
Love in the Time of Quarantine
Let’s just say, Brooke Burke wasn’t exactly lining up for another trip to the altar after her previous marriages. But then, she met Scott Rigsby, a real estate agent who swept her off her feet. Now, the two have been together for over a year, and their bond is stronger than ever. “We’re really happy with the way our lives are unfolding, and I definitely see a future together,” Brooke shares, her voice brimming with excitement. “I don’t know exactly what that future looks like yet, but I do know that Scott is a big part of it.”
From Dating to Quarantining Together
When the pandemic hit, many couples faced challenges, but for Brooke and Scott, it was an opportunity to grow closer. “Quarantine really allowed us to get to know each other in a deeper way,” Brooke explains. “You realize how much time you can actually spend with someone. We went from dating to being together all day, every day. It was like, ‘Hey, it’s me in my sweats again.’ And you know what? We handled it with grace.”

Learning from the Past
Brooke’s past relationships weren’t exactly picture-perfect. Her first marriage to Garth Fisher lasted from 2001 to 2005, and her second marriage to David Charvet ended in 2018 after seven years. But through it all, Brooke learned a lot about herself and what she wants in a partner. “Marriage was pretty disappointing in my past,” she admits. “But Scott has changed everything. He’s made me think about marriage in a whole new light. With the right person, anything is possible.”
Family Comes First
Brooke is a proud mom to four children—Neriah, Sierra, Heaven, and Shaya. She shares her two oldest daughters with Garth and her two youngest with David. Scott also has two children from a previous relationship, and together, they’ve created a blended family that’s full of love and laughter. “We’ve made some incredible memories together during this time,” Brooke says. “Instead of going out for fancy dinners or cocktails, we’ve spent our days working together, cooking together, and raising our kids together. It’s been a beautiful season for us.”
What’s Next for Brooke and Scott?
While there’s no official engagement just yet, Brooke is certainly open to the idea of marriage. “I definitely see a future with Scott,” she reiterates. “But for now, we’re just enjoying the moment and letting things unfold naturally.” And who knows? Maybe an engagement is just around the corner!
