Suzanne broke it down for us. “We need to learn the language of our bodies,” she said. “When you experience itching, irritability, lack of sleep, sweating, bloating, forgetfulness, or dryness, your body is trying to tell you something. Listen to it. You won’t sleep well unless your hormones are balanced. Once they’re in check, you can start going to bed earlier, which helps reduce cortisol and insulin levels, allowing for weight loss. It’s all about balance.”
