Let’s talk about Erin and Ben Napier, the dynamic duo from HGTV’s hit show Home Town. These two have become a staple in the home renovation world, but what’s next for them? In a recent conversation with TV Insider, they gave us an inside look at their future plans and how they’re balancing their careers with family life.
A New Chapter in Their HGTV Journey
On a crisp Tuesday, March 4, Erin, who's 39, and Ben, 41, sat down to discuss what the future holds for them after signing a fresh deal with HGTV. The couple, who have been turning dilapidated homes into dream houses for years, shared their excitement about continuing their journey with the network.
Ben, ever the humble husband, said, “HGTV has truly been amazing for our family. Someone recently asked me, ‘How much longer are you going to keep doing this?’ Honestly, we’ll keep going until they don’t want us anymore, I guess.”

Erin, always quick with a southern charm, replied with a laugh, “We’ll do it until it don’t as we say.”
Ben added, “Of course, we’re thrilled to have this opportunity.”
Family Always Comes First
For the Napiers, family is the foundation of everything they do. They emphasized that their first priority will always be their daughters, Helen, 7, and Mae, 3. Erin said, “If we ever feel like this career path is starting to negatively impact our family, we’ll step away without hesitation.”
Ben chimed in, “And HGTV understands that. They respect our values and priorities.”
Back on January 27, it was announced that the couple had signed a multiyear talent deal with HGTV, extending Home Town for 32 more episodes, shooting through 2027. This extension is a testament to the show's enduring popularity and the network’s commitment to the couple.
In a joint statement, Erin and Ben expressed their gratitude: “The HGTV family is where we belong. While shows often come and go, Home Town continues to thrive because it’s more than just pretty houses. It’s about teaching and providing comfort to people, and we’re proud to be a part of that.”

Revitalizing Communities with Home Town Takeover

As they gear up for the premiere of Home Town Takeover season 3, airing on Sunday, March 9, Erin and Ben are ready to breathe new life into the charming town of Sebring, Florida. This season, they’re teaming up with Fixer to Fabulous stars Dave and Jenny Marrs to make it happen.
Ben explained, “Sebring has a lake, a racetrack, and a park right in the heart of town. All the pieces are there, but somehow, the town is still struggling.”
Erin added, “To truly transform this place, we’re empowering the town’s most dedicated changemakers so they can continue improving lives. We’ll leverage everything we’ve learned from years of revitalizing communities to keep Sebring thriving.”
More Adventures on the Horizon
But that’s not all. Erin hinted at another exciting project on the horizon: “I’m working on another children’s book, which I’m really excited about.”
Ben revealed that their faith plays a big role in guiding their career decisions. He said, “At this point in our careers, we’re at a place where we’re following wherever God leads us. We’re praying and listening, and we’re ready to work hard with whatever opportunities come our way.”
He continued, “We’ve got our factory, where we manufacture wooden products, cutting boards, and countertops that we ship all over the country. We also have our stores and shows. It’s a lot, but we’re grateful. Our plate is full, and we’re happy.”
With so much on their plates, it’s clear that Erin and Ben Napier are not just renovating homes but building a legacy that will last for generations. Fans can rest assured that their favorite couple is here to stay, inspiring us all with their passion, creativity, and heart.
