Randy was a key part of the Home Town team, working closely with Ben Napier to create stunning custom furniture pieces. In April 2022, he decided to step away from the show to pursue his dream of photography full-time. On Instagram, he shared his heartfelt gratitude for the experience, saying, “This is the most rewarding and humbling job I’ve ever had! Working with @laurelmercantile has taught me more than I could ever forget. It’s been a pleasure to work with like-minded people who want to see not only a town but people grow. Now, it’s time to chase my passion for photography.”
Ellie Sherrell: Randy's Little Princess
Ellie, Randy’s firstborn, is a bundle of joy who was born in 2014. Randy often shares glimpses of her adventures on Instagram, showcasing his love for photography. In a heartwarming caption from June 2017, he wrote, “This little girl makes me know how much you can love someone.” Ellie loves spending time outdoors with her family, and her parents are incredibly proud of her growth and development.

Her mom, Kerrie, shared the moment on Instagram, saying, “Our brave girl stepped out of her comfort zone today and did something new. It was all her idea, and we just went with it.
