A Personal Touch: Renovating for Friends

What makes this project even more special is the personal connection behind it. “We’re renovating a home for some dear friends who live abroad,” Jenny explains. “Our families have been close for years, and it’s such an incredible opportunity to blend our professional expertise with our personal relationships. This isn’t just about design—it’s about creating something meaningful for people we truly care about.” At 44 years old, Jenny brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the table, ensuring this project will be nothing short of extraordinary.

This isn’t the first time Jenny and Dave, 42, have ventured out of their hometown of Bentonville, Arkansas. They previously collaborated with Erin and Ben Napier on Home Town Takeover, traveling to Colorado to surprise families and businesses with life-changing renovations. While leaving their five children—Nathan, Ben, Sylvie, Charlotte, and Luke—for eight weeks was undoubtedly tough, the couple found immense fulfillment in witnessing the positive impact of their work. “It was hard being away from our kids, but seeing how we could change lives and be part of something bigger was truly rewarding,” Jenny reflects.

Bringing It Home: A New Store in Bentonville

While traveling for work is exciting, Jenny and Dave are also thrilled about a major project right in their backyard. The dynamic duo has transformed a historic building they’ve owned for years into a stunning mercantile. Fans of Fixer to Fabulous will get to see the entire renovation process unfold in the season 4 finale. “This store is going to be a space where we showcase things we love, from local artisans’ creations to art by the amazing artists I collaborate with,” Jenny says. “It’s all about supporting small businesses and giving our community a place to gather and enjoy the fruits of our labor.”

With her partnership with Natrol and Walmart, Jenny continues to expand her reach and influence. Her ability to balance personal passion projects with large-scale ventures proves that she’s not just a talented designer—she’s a true visionary.
