"Because of this condition, the cartilage in my hips has completely worn out. And when I say 'worn out,' I don't mean just a little worn down. No, there's absolutely none left." A Beach Escape Meets Medical Reality
Before heading into the operating room, Paulina made sure to enjoy her final moments with her old hips on the beach. In her Instagram post, she dazzled in a blue bikini, soaking in the sun and waves. But the transition from beach life to hospital life wasn't without its charm. "Hospital chic," she joked, showing off her new "wardrobe" while lying in a hospital bed.
