You know her from the screen, where she shares weather updates with a smile. But off-camera, Dylan Dreyer is a proud mom to three amazing boys with her husband, Brian Fichera. Meet Dylan Dreyer's Eldest Son, Calvin Bradley Fichera
Calvin Bradley Fichera was born on December 17, 2016, marking the start of Dylan's journey as a mom. According to a picture shared by Brian, Calvin was born at 11:52 a.m., weighing in at 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and measuring 20.5 inches. That's one big baby!
After Calvin's birth, Dylan opened up about her experience, sharing how much harder childbirth was than she imagined. "I pushed for about three hours, and he was a big guy and didn’t quite fit, so he got stuck," she joked with Today. "We ended up doing a c-section anyway." Despite the challenges, Dylan was thrilled to welcome her firstborn into the world.

Today, Calvin is a cheerful little boy who loves to spend time with his mom. He even stars in his own Today segment called "Cooking With Cal." Fans often catch glimpses of this blond-haired cutie on Instagram. In April 2021, Dylan proudly shared her son's kitchen skills. "I’m a proud mom!!! Calvin learned to crack an egg without squishing it!!" she gushed.
In May 2023, Dylan revealed that Calvin was diagnosed with celiac disease after experiencing stomach pain and hair loss. Changing his diet and making adjustments around the house helped him feel much better. "Not only is it not feeding him any wheat products but it’s also the cross-contamination risk," she explained. "All of my stuff in the kitchen had to be thrown out, all of our wooden spoons, wooden cutting boards, anything that had a scratch in it … any rivets on the inside of the pot where the handle is. All of that had to be thrown out because gluten can hide everywhere." Since removing gluten from his diet, Calvin's health has improved dramatically.
Introducing Dylan Dreyer's Second Son, Oliver George Fichera
Oliver George Fichera, affectionately called Ollie, was born on January 2, 2020. Dylan and Brian announced the happy news, sharing that Ollie arrived at 9:13 a.m., weighing 7 pounds, 2 ounces, and measuring 19 inches. Brian couldn't contain his excitement, writing on Instagram, "Friends, meet my son Oliver George. I am overwhelmed."
Like his brother Calvin, Ollie frequently appears in Dylan's social media posts. In April 2021, she shared a funny collage of Ollie enjoying dinner. "I love how a kid will look at spinach with absolute disgust … even when it’s hidden in like a delicious cheesy quesadilla, spotting it from a mile away," she wrote. "But a pear stem and seeds? Ollie’s like SIGN ME UP!!" It's moments like these that remind us of the joy and quirks of childhood.
Discovering Dylan Dreyer's Youngest Son, Russell James Fichera
Dylan's third child, Russell James Fichera, was born on September 29, 2021, a bit earlier than expected. Dylan’s due date wasn’t until November, but Russell couldn’t wait to join his family. Before his arrival, Dylan shared on Instagram, "Our little guy is anxious to get out and meet us! Doctors are closely monitoring both of us and trying to keep him on the inside for a little while longer to get stronger.”
Thankfully, everything went smoothly, and Russell entered the world healthy and happy. "All is well! I’m in great hands and I have the best person to keep me calm and comfortable," Dylan wrote. "Looks like we’ll be getting to meet our littlest boy sometime this week … six weeks early! Guess he couldn’t handle being left out of all the fun his brothers have been having!"
