Sunny Hostin Shares Who She Keeps in Touch With From 'The View'

Over the years, 'The View' has seen a revolving door of famous faces, and Sunny Hostin recently spilled the tea on which of her former co-stars she still keeps in touch with. In a candid conversation with Us Weekly on May 26, Sunny, who’s been a part of the show since 2016, revealed that she maintains a close bond with some of her past co-hosts despite the show’s sometimes fiery dynamics.

Specifically, Sunny mentioned that she stays in contact with former co-stars Sherri Shepherd, Paula Faris, and Candace Cameron Bure. This revelation sheds light on the strong connections formed behind the scenes, even when the cameras are off. Sunny, now 55, also took a moment to call out a few of her former colleagues who have made negative remarks about the show. It seems she wasn't too thrilled about it.

The Importance of Sisterhood on 'The View'

Sunny expressed her surprise when former co-stars speak negatively about the show, emphasizing the importance of maintaining positive relationships. “I’m always surprised when people speak negatively about our show, if I’m being honest,” she confessed to Us Weekly. Sunny appreciates the sisterhood that exists among the co-hosts, past and present, regardless of their personal views. She explained, “We are all close, regardless of our personal views. We leave all of that at the table. So I’m always surprised when someone says, ‘I don’t like that person.’ Because it’s never personal.”
