According to a police report obtained by TMZ, officers began trailing Justin's car after he blew through a stop sign and started swerving erratically on the road.

"His eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady on his feet, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests," the criminal report stated. Justin failed these tests and refused to take a chemical test to measure his blood alcohol content. Cops ultimately determined that he was driving while intoxicated and arrested him on DWI-related charges, taking him to the East Hampton Town Police Headquarters.
The following day, Justin appeared in the Sag Harbor Village Justice Court and was released without bail, on his own recognizance. He faced charges of driving while intoxicated, as well as two citations for running a stop sign and failing to stay in the correct traffic lane. A virtual court date is set for July 26.
