Now, during the live broadcast, Hoda Kotb opened up about how she wasn’t exactly feeling confident in her outfit. The red dress she was wearing? Let’s just say it wasn’t her best look. She confessed to Jenna that her bra wasn’t cooperating. “The outfit doesn’t work. The bra’s too big, the straps are too small. I can’t do it,” she told Jenna. Hoda, being the realist she is, admitted, “You know when you wear a dress that you shouldn’t wear it?”
