Elaine also shared insights into how her second pregnancy has been different from her first. “This time around, I’ve had so much better support and resources,” she explained. “I’ve had a midwife from the very beginning, which has completely transformed my experience. Last time, I only discovered midwifery in my third trimester, and I didn’t even consider a home birth until week 36. This time, everything feels smoother and more intentional.”
