Let’s face it—Kate Hudson’s 1-year-old daughter, Rani Rose, is absolutely adorable! The proud mom of three recently shared two breathtaking photos on Instagram, showcasing her baby girl’s charming hairstyle just in time for the 2020 Oscars. These snaps are giving us serious #Hairspiration vibes!
Kate, 40, couldn’t resist captioning the photos with, “My morning sunshine and her pre Oscar lewk ☀️,” while adding playful hashtags like “#Hairspiration” and “#Rani🌹.”
In the first adorable photo, we see Kate flashing a warm smile beside her darling daughter, who’s rocking a chic high bun. But wait—there's more! The second photo might just be the cutest of all. Little Rani poses confidently, placing one hand on her head while gazing directly into the camera. It’s clear that this little one has star quality written all over her!

Kate’s Friends and Fans Can’t Get Enough
Her famous friend, Andy Cohen, couldn’t help but comment, “#Topknot.” And one lucky fan chimed in with, “I know you say she’s your husband’s twin, but she looks a lot like you here. 😍.” Clearly, Rani is stealing hearts everywhere she goes.
While Kate shares Rani with her boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa, she’s open about the challenges of parenting. Even though Danny pitches in at home, there are still moments when Kate feels overwhelmed. “I make mistakes all the time; I’ve yelled at my kids too much, and I’ve also cursed in front of them, and I also haven’t shown up for things because I was out of town,” the Bride Wars star confessed to Women’s Health magazine.
Supermom in Progress
But don’t get me wrong—Kate has plenty of moments where she feels like she’s crushing it. “At the same time, I have days where I’m like, I’m a f–king supermum. I’m cooking, cleaning, doing homework, changing diapers, and I worked out. What I’ve learned—and what I’m learning—is that I’m doing the best I can,” she shared. And honestly, who could ask for anything more?

Kate’s Balancing Act
Kate’s dedication to her children shines through in everything she does. You’ll never catch her putting Rani or her older children—Bingham, 8, and Ryder, 16—on the back burner. “I try not to let work spill into time with the kids, dinner, and bedtime,” she explained. “If I come in nine-to-five, do all my work, and shut off my phone, I can have a balanced life.” Now that’s what you call a true supermom!
So here’s to Kate Hudson, who’s proving that being a mom, an actress, and a global icon is no easy feat—but she’s making it look effortless. Here’s hoping we see more of Rani’s delightful antics in the future!
