Donnie, now 50 years young, reminisced about the early days when Jenny first told him about the show. He admitted, "You know, the show was such a mystery at the time, and so many people were unsure if it would take off. But I had this great feeling when she described it to me. Watching the original version just solidified my excitement." Donnie also mentioned that he recently collaborated with Frank’s RedHot to celebrate their 100th anniversary ahead of the 2020 Super Bowl, but clearly, Jenny’s career is what's truly lighting up his life these days.
Donnie continued, "I’m just so proud of her and thrilled that the show has become such a massive success." It's clear that he's beyond happy to see his 47-year-old wife shining brightly on the hit Fox show since it premiered in January 2019. Donnie added, "You know, Jenny’s such a dedicated worker, and many people don’t realize just how hard she works and the amount of effort she pours into everything she does. Watching her thrive on a successful show is incredibly rewarding for me as her partner and husband. Seeing her succeed is one of the best feelings in the world."

Could Donnie Join 'The Masked Singer' Someday?
But what about Donnie? Could we see him stepping into the spotlight on the show himself? When asked, the Sixth Sense actor pondered aloud, "Would I do it? I don’t think I’d perform, but I’d definitely be open to being part of it somehow." He went on to explain that Jenny has been encouraging him to join the show since she first started. Interestingly, he admitted that he initially turned her down. "She started getting suspicious when I declined the first time. They had offered me a guest-hosting gig during the first season, and that’s when she began wondering if I might’ve been one of the masked performers. I told her I’d rather perform than judge, and she raised an eyebrow at that. A couple of weeks later, when she couldn’t find me during a performance, she started to suspect something was up."
