Ever since Prince Harry stepped away from his role as a senior member of the royal family on March 31st, life hasn't been all sunshine and roses. The 35-year-old has been finding his footing in a completely new chapter of life, all while staying with Meghan Markle in Los Angeles. According to a recent interview with close friend and renowned conservationist Dr. Jane Goodall, Harry's transition hasn't exactly been seamless. “He’s finding life a bit challenging,” she revealed. “I don’t know how his career is going to map out, but yes, I’ve been in touch.”
Harry's New Life Choices
Dr. Goodall, who's known Harry for years, shared some interesting insights into how the prince might be adapting to life in LA. She suggested that Harry might need to make some significant lifestyle changes, especially if he wants to keep Meghan happy. Hunting, for instance, could soon be off the table. “I think Harry will stop because Meghan doesn’t like hunting, so I suspect that is over for him,” she told the Radio Times, as reported by The Guardian.

Happy Moments Amidst the Challenges
But it's not all gloom and doom for Harry. There have been some heartwarming moments too, especially with his little family in LA. For Easter, the prince gave his son, Archie, a chocolate egg with the little guy’s name on it. According to a source who spoke to Closer Weekly on Sunday, April 12, Archie only got to taste the chocolate because he's still so young. “Archie loved it!” the source said. Once Archie had his fill, Harry indulged. “Harry ate most of the egg,” the source revealed. “It was huge.”

Family Life Amid the Pandemic
With the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, Archie has been spending even more time with his parents. "Harry and Meghan are self-isolating and are pretty much physically cut off from the rest of the world right now," an insider shared on March 27. The family is following all social distancing rules and making sure they have everything they need at home. If they need to attend business meetings, they use Zoom to interact with their colleagues. “They refuse to take any risks and haven’t ventured out yet,” another insider said on April 3. But once the pandemic is under control, “Harry can’t wait for Meghan to show him all the hotspots in L.A.”
Until then, the couple continues to take extra precautions against the virus. “Meghan’s obsessive about the house being clean and is going through boxes of disinfectant wipes every day,” a source explained. “She washes her hands every 15 minutes, and if Harry forgets, she’ll make sure she reminds him.” It's clear that while the couple is adapting to their new life, they're doing everything they can to stay safe and healthy.
