Today, Neil Diamond lives a peaceful life with his wife, Katie McNeal, in their Malibu home. Katie plays a crucial role in Neil's life, especially since his diagnosis with Parkinson’s Disease in 2018. Despite his health challenges, Neil remains passionate about music. He's currently working on a new album, collaborating with the legendary Stevie Wonder. "I'm doing pretty well. I stay active and take my medication," Neil told People.
