A Family Milestone: Donny Osmond Celebrates the Past
Hey there, friends! Let’s take a little trip down memory lane. Donny Osmond, the iconic entertainer, recently took a moment to reminisce about a truly unforgettable day in his life. Back in August 2003, the Osmond family was honored with a star on the legendary Hollywood Walk of Fame. Donny shared a heartwarming throwback photo of this special occasion on Instagram, bringing back all the joy and excitement of that magical day.
Reflecting on the moment, Donny said, "On this day in 2003, Hollywood added our family’s star to the #WalkOfFame. I’m so lucky to call each one of these incredible people family." He also expressed his gratitude for the late Andy Williams, who played a pivotal role in the Osmond family's early show business journey. "We were delighted to have Andy Williams with us that day—he was practically family and played an integral part in our family’s show business beginnings," Donny fondly recalled.

Family First: A Moment to Cherish
In the photo, Donny, now 62, proudly holds up the Walk of Fame plaque while sitting alongside his six siblings, including his sister, Marie Osmond. Interestingly, Marie is seen wearing a neck brace, but Donny humorously noted, "As for my neck brace and surfing injury … I’m glad they weren’t quite as long-lasting as our family ties." That’s the kind of humor we’ve come to love from this talented family.

From Hollywood to Vegas: The Osmond Legacy Continues
Donny’s achievements haven’t stopped there. In fact, his career has only grown stronger over the years. Since marrying his wife, Debbie Osmond, 42 years ago, Donny has continued to rack up accolades and honors. In October 2019, he and Marie, now 60, were celebrated once again, this time in Las Vegas. The siblings received the keys to the Las Vegas Strip and were honored with a plaque on the Las Vegas Walk of Fame. "We are honored that this day is now officially Donny [and] Marie day in Las Vegas and it’s an honor to be added to the #LasVegasWalkOfStars!" Donny expressed on Instagram. Their amazing 11-year run performing at the Flamingo Resort in Las Vegas was nothing short of spectacular.

Donny added, "Vegas, a piece of our heart will always be here with you in this great city." After wrapping up their Las Vegas residency, Marie transitioned into a new role as a cohost on The Talk, while Donny focused on creating new music. Despite not releasing anything yet, Donny has been hard at work, crafting what he hopes will be his next big project.
