Let me tell you something about Sandra Bullock. She’s been through a lot in life, but right now, she’s experiencing happiness that’s unlike anything she’s ever felt. Picture this: Sandra’s the proud mom of two amazing kids, she’s killing it in her career, and she’s finally found a partner who truly gets her and shares her life. That’s something special, right there.
“Bryan Randall is the kind of person I’d want my kids to look up to,” Sandra says, talking about her partner and the star of her latest movie, The Unforgivable. Bryan, a 55-year-old photographer, came into Sandra’s life when she already had her son Louis, now 11, and just before daughter Laila, 8, joined the family. “When Bryan first entered my world, he was both excited and a little nervous,” Sandra explains with a laugh. “I was like this steamroller, moving forward at full speed, and here was this incredible guy who didn’t need to be part of my life but ended up being exactly who I needed.”
Now, Sandra admits she wasn’t always so open to the idea of love again. She met Bryan when she hired him to take photos at Louis’ fifth birthday party. That was years after her painful split from ex-husband Jesse James, a guy who didn’t exactly treat her right. “I honestly thought, ‘I’ll never find someone who truly loves me,’” Sandra confides. But she gave Bryan a chance, and it’s clear it was the best decision she ever made.

Sandra and Bryan, who’s a former model and dad to a teenage daughter from a previous relationship, started dating in the summer of 2015. Not only did Bryan win Sandra’s heart, but he also made her kids absolutely adore him. “He’s such a kind soul,” Sandra says with a smile. “The kids think he’s the coolest, and honestly, they probably put me in second place. But I get it—Bryan’s fun, and he always has the best snacks!”

Parenting Together: A Team Effort
Of course, parenting isn’t always easy, and Sandra and Bryan don’t always see eye to eye on everything. But they’ve learned to navigate those differences. “Bryan’s super Christian, and sometimes we have different approaches,” Sandra shares. “But even when I don’t agree with him, he’s still a great role model for our kids.”
For Sandra, Bryan’s presence in her life is a blessing, whether or not they ever decide to get married. “I don’t need a piece of paper to prove I’m committed,” she says. “I’ve found the love of my life, and together we’ve built this incredible family. We’ve got two beautiful kids—and Bryan’s older daughter too. It’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”
