Life After Heartbreak: A New Chapter
Life has a funny way of bringing people together in unexpected ways. According to multiple insiders speaking to Page Six, Amy Robach’s ex-husband, Andrew Shue, is now dating T.J. Holmes’ ex-wife, Marilee Fiebig. This surprising twist of fate adds a new layer to the complicated web of relationships that has unfolded over the past year.
For the past six months, Shue, known for his role on Melrose Place, and Fiebig, an immigration lawyer, have been quietly building a life together. This revelation comes more than a year after Robach, 50, and Holmes, 46, went public with their evolving romance. In the months that followed, both finalized their divorces from Shue and Fiebig, respectively.
A New Bond Built on Shared Values
Insiders say that Shue and Fiebig's relationship has evolved into something more meaningful than just a casual connection. "It turned into something else, and they’re connected over their values," a source told the outlet. The couple has reportedly moved on from the drama surrounding Robach and Holmes' relationship, focusing instead on building a future rooted in mutual respect and understanding.

While reps for the former ABC hosts did not immediately respond to Closer's request for comment, it’s clear that Shue and Fiebig are focused on moving forward. In a world filled with judgment and gossip, they've chosen to forge their own path, one step at a time.
Breaking the Silence: Robach and Holmes Speak Out
Despite the whirlwind of drama surrounding their relationship, Robach and Holmes have remained largely silent about their exes' new romance. However, they did break their silence earlier this year to address the "year from hell" that saw them both ousted from Good Morning America in January. The reason? Advancing their relationship while still legally married to other partners.
During the first episode of their podcast, "Amy and T.J. Podcast," released on December 5, Holmes opened up about the challenges they faced. "[We] lost the jobs we love because we love each other," he shared, with Robach adding, "There were days when I wanted to die." Their journey has been one of heartbreak, redemption, and ultimately, love.

Both broadcasters have been clear that they were not involved in an affair. Instead, they were both in the midst of their respective divorces when they began their relationship. "To be clear, we were outed as being in a relationship, but everyone else thought we were being outed as adulterers — being outed as cheating on our spouses — and it wasn’t the case because the odd thing is, the day those pictures were taken and the day that article was released, we both at that point were in divorce proceedings," Holmes explained during their podcast.
Robach reiterated this point to podcast listeners, noting that they "had attorneys and mediators" and "were in the middle of divorces" when The Daily Mail published photos of them together in NYC in November 2022. Since then, they've continued to showcase their love through public outings across the U.S. and even during a romantic vacation in Mexico in February.
A Look at Shue's Love Life
Closer can exclusively confirm that before entering a relationship with Fiebig, Shue had been on dates with none other than Steve Jobs' widow, Laurene Powell Jobs. It seems that Shue has been keeping his options open and focusing on personal growth in the wake of his high-profile split from Robach.

While Robach and Shue do not share any children together, she is a proud mom to daughters Ava and Annie McIntosh from her first marriage to Tim McIntosh. Holmes and Fiebig, on the other hand, share daughter Sabine. Holmes is also a dad to kids Brianna and Jaiden from his first marriage to Amy Ferson.
