Kelly and her husband, Mark Consuelos, are proud parents of three awesome kids: Michael, 22, Lola, 18, and Joaquin, now 16. Kelly, the cohost of Live With Kelly and Ryan, has always been open about her family life. Remember when she and Mark dropped their daughter Lola off at college? It was a bittersweet moment for the family.
During an episode of her show, Kelly shared, “We moved Lola into her dorm and it’s one of those things that you don’t realize how close [the kids are]. The younger two are really close in age. Like, I didn’t even know I was pregnant with the third one because I was still nursing the second one. I just assumed that, you know, I was just gaining weight from nursing. I was that one person who was gaining weight from nursing. So they really are very, very close, and I didn’t realize how close they were until it was time to say goodbye.” It’s like Kelly’s giving us a behind-the-scenes look at her family dynamics, showing us how special those sibling bonds are.
Capturing Every Moment
Kelly knows how important it is to savor every moment with her kids.
