You know those moments that stick with you forever? Well, Kelly Ripa just gave us a front-row seat to some of her most cherished Easter memories. Over the holiday, Kelly took to Instagram to share a delightful collection of family photos featuring her kids—Michael Consuelos, 22, Lola Consuelos, 18, and Joaquin Consuelos, 17. These snapshots are a throwback to the good old days, and they’re filled with so much love and laughter.
On Sunday, April 12, Kelly captioned the post with a heartfelt message: “Happy Easter with love from the Consuelos family to yours.” She added, “Here are some of my favorite Easter memories. (Or at least what’s stored on this phone).” As fans scrolled through the photos, they were treated to a delightful journey through time, catching glimpses of Kelly’s kids alongside their dad, Mark Consuelos. In some of these adorable pictures, the family posed with a bunny rabbit, creating memories that will last a lifetime. No matter their age, it’s clear these kids have always had a blast during Easter.

Reuniting Amid Tough Times
With the world facing the challenges of the coronavirus outbreak, Kelly’s older kids, Michael and Lola, have returned home to be with their parents during this uncertain period. While Kelly admits she loves having them around, she also shared a candid moment on the Wednesday, April 8, episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan. She revealed that she’s currently not speaking to two of her three children.

“I’m not going to lie, OK? I’m going to let you in on a little secret: I’m currently not speaking to two of my three kids. I’m not talking to two of them,” Kelly confessed. She went on to explain, “We’re all in the same boat together, right? Like, I haven’t gotten to hug my parents… I want to hug my parents. I miss hugging my parents.”
As she spoke, the emotional weight of the situation became evident. Kelly wiped away tears, saying, “Anyway, I’m sorry. I don’t know why I’m crying. Maybe I’m just going to get my period, who knows? Sorry, sorry, did I shout that? Sometimes we forget that we’re on. Did I shout that, or did my inner monologue come out? Sorry, didn’t mean to do that.”
Family Feuds and Making Up
Let’s face it—every family has its disagreements, but that doesn’t mean the love isn’t there. Kelly and her kids may have had a little tiff, but we’re sure they found a way to put it behind them and enjoy a wonderful Easter together in 2020. After all, during times like these, being together is what truly matters.
These moments of vulnerability from Kelly remind us that even the most put-together people have their struggles. But through it all, the bond of family remains strong. Whether it’s celebrating holidays or navigating life’s ups and downs, the Consuelos family is a shining example of resilience and love.
