What’s Happening at Thomas’s Battersea School?
Hey there, friends. So, it looks like some unexpected news has come out of the school where Prince George and Princess Charlotte attend. A few students at Thomas’s Battersea have been suspected of having the Coronavirus. This has naturally caused quite a stir, and the school has stepped up to address the situation. On Thursday, February 27, a spokesperson from the school issued a statement to clarify what’s going on.
Here’s what the statement had to say: “Like all schools, we are taking the potential risks connected with the spread of Covid-19 extremely seriously. To ensure the safety of everyone, we are closely following the government’s guidelines on prevention against infection and dealing with cases where staff or pupils may have been exposed to the virus or are showing any symptoms. Currently, we have a very small number of students who have been tested. As per government advice, these individuals are staying at home until their test results come back.”

Princess Charlotte Joins Prince George at Thomas’s Battersea
Back in the fall of 2019, Princess Charlotte began her first year at Thomas’s Battersea in London. Now, if you’re wondering how she’s adjusting, well, it seems like she’s fitting right in. Her brother, Prince George, has been attending the school for three years now, so he’s been giving her a helping hand along the way.

“George, who’s now 6 years old, is absolutely thrilled that Charlotte, who’s 4, is attending his school,” a close friend of the royal family told Closer Weekly back in September 2019. “Even though they have different personalities, they’re incredibly close. George is extremely proud of Charlotte and loves showing her off.”
Sibling Dynamics at School
At Thomas’s Battersea, George and Charlotte are in different classes, which allows them to explore their own interests. “George is a curious child, and his favorite subjects include geography, English, and history,” the friend explained. On the other hand, their mom, Kate Middleton, and dad, Prince William’s daughter, Charlotte, seems to be drawn more toward the performing arts. “She absolutely loves dancing and is already talking about wanting the lead role in the school’s Christmas play,” the insider added.
