She ultimately pleaded no contest and agreed to undergo inpatient treatment.

As a contractor, he leads a down-to-earth life that has inspired Heather to adopt a simpler, more grounded lifestyle. “He has inspired her to be more down-to-earth,” explains a friend. “She used to wake up at noon and have a cocktail for lunch. Now she gets up early, works out, and meditates.”
It’s not just about fitness and mindfulness—Heather has also rediscovered the joy of cooking and takes pride in cleaning her own home. These small, everyday activities have become a source of comfort and stability for her. “The simple things are grounding her,” says the friend.
