Turning three on April 23, Louis is blossoming into quite the character. He's not just charming but also fiercely opinionated and incredibly bright for his age. "Louis has a way of lighting up any room he enters," shares the insider. "He's got a great sense of humor, and Prince William often jokes that Louis is the family's comedian. After the somber period following the passing of Prince Philip, Kate and William were determined to celebrate Louis' third birthday with a bang.
