Misumi Pore Purifying Toner
#1 Rated Toner for Acne-Prone Skin
Misumi Pore Purifying Toner is our #1 rated toner for acne-prone skin because it effectively unclogs pores and controls oil production, leaving the skin feeling soft, calm, and refreshed. In many cases the underlying reason is that you have overly sensitive or oily skin. In either case, a build-up of oil and exposure to environmental factors can quickly cause pores to block. This will create the perfect breeding ground for bacteria that are the main cause for the common inflammations you see with acne.
One of the best things you can do to prevent these outbreaks is to get into at least a daily routine of using toner and astringents. Prevention is always the better solution, and this is why it works so well.
With the right toner you can very gently remove impurities and oils from your skin. It’s even more gentle than the most pH neutral soaps you find. Once you have removed the impurities, you’re ready to apply an astringent which is a chemical that causes pores to contract.
The result is clean pores that are less susceptible to becoming clogged. But the important thing is that you have to find the right products for your skin type. And that’s exactly what you will find on this page.

Your Thoughts?
Which toner for acne you’ve decided to try? Do you know of any great name I haven’t mentioned here in this post? Please share your thoughts in the comments below!
I have had combination skin for quite a while now.
Often it makes someone quite uncomfortable. I remember asking one of my friends what’s her take on toners, and she told me to try Exposed Clearing Tonic.
I have been using this skincare product for two weeks now, and I must say I do not regret spending money.
Also, I am hoping to buy and try other toners to see which works better than the other. Bookmarking this page for reference.
Hi. I would appreciate it if you can recommend a great sunscreen with a high spf for acne prone oil skin.
Thanks
This was the best list I’ve ever read. I LOVE how it lists both the pros and the cons. Unfortunately, none of these products seemed to be a fit for my skin (sensitive, combination, and acne-prone) however the lost was phenomenal. I’m hoping to find a good product for my skin that is within my budget (under $10). Thank you for putting in so much hard work for this list though!
What about the toner from Simple? I have an acne prone skin and been using their toner for a while, it’s cheap, alcohol and fragrance free and works great on my combination skin.
Thanks a lot Shahrin for sharing your recommendation! I’m sure others will find it helpful. 🙂
